No doubt most of you (especially if you are in Australia / NZ) would have seen the work of Donna Hay. If not in her own self titled and absolutely glorious magazine, but through her past work as Food Editor for Marie Claire and Marie Claire Lifestyle.

Not only is Donna Australia's leading food editor and best-selling cookbook author, she also writes a popular weekly food column in the Sunday editions of News Limited newspapers around Australia and The New Zealand Herald... she is also the food editor of UK’s best lifestyle magazine, Livingetc...

Wow! - that pretty much sums up the work of Giselle Hicks ... Wow!
